Kris Cowles
Owner & Managing Partner, Global Health Benefits
Kris Cowles is an owner and managing partner of Global Health Benefits, where he specializes in helping individuals, families, and business owners design smart, sustainable health insurance and benefits strategies. With more than two decades of experience in financial services and insurance, Kris brings a rare combination of corporate leadership experience and hands-on entrepreneurial insight to every client relationship.
In addition to Global Health Benefits, Kris is the owner and managing director of Medigap Plans of America, focused exclusively on senior healthcare solutions, and owner of GreatFlorida Insurance of Juno Beach, providing comprehensive property and casualty insurance solutions throughout Florida.
Kris began his career in the late 1990s when he opened an Edward Jones investment office in Oswego, New York, while attending the State University of New York at Oswego. He graduated with degrees in Economics and Business, building the foundation for what would become a long-term career in financial services and risk management.
He went on to advance his career with INVESCO Funds, working in both the Atlanta and Denver offices, before serving as Regional Vice President for ING and Allianz in Seattle. In these leadership roles, Kris worked closely with financial advisors and institutions, helping them build growth strategies and deliver sophisticated retirement and investment solutions to clients.
After years in corporate leadership, Kris relocated to South Florida to build his own firm with a focus on independence, client advocacy, and long-term relationship-driven service. Today, his companies serve clients across the country, with a strong emphasis on clarity, education, and personalized planning.
Beyond his professional work, Kris serves as Chairman of the Board of the Village of Tequesta Public Safety Pension Board, overseeing governance for the community’s police and fire pension system. He and his wife Jamie live in Tequesta with their four children — Henry, Jonah, Emerson, and Bodie.

George Tamasi is a co-owner and a managing partner of Global Health Benefits, LLC, bringing a diverse and accomplished professional background to the insurance industry since 2017.

With over two years of experience in the health insurance industry, Cameron Mahan is committed to providing transparent, hands-on guidance to individuals, families, and business owners seeking the right coverage for their needs. He takes pride in simplifying what can often feel like a complicated process, ensuring his clients feel confident and informed every step of the way.
Cameron began his career in private insurance, where he developed a strong foundation in plan design, underwriting, and client advocacy. He later transitioned to Global Health Benefits to broaden his impact and better serve individuals and families navigating today’s evolving healthcare landscape. His approach is built on education, integrity, and long-term relationships.
Whether assisting a young family selecting their first policy, helping a self-employed professional evaluate options, or guiding a business owner through employee benefits strategies, Cameron focuses on customized solutions that align with both budget and long-term goals.
A lifelong resident of Jupiter, Cameron and his wife, Marisa, are proud to call the community home as they raise their son, Miller. When he’s not working with clients, Cameron enjoys staying involved locally and spending time with his family.

Before entering the insurance field, George built an elite career as a professional drag racer, competing nationally in NHRA and IHRA events as well as major Big Money Bracket races. From 1989 to 2007, he earned numerous wins and championships, establishing himself among the most respected drivers in his class. His racing career instilled the discipline, focus, strategic thinking, and performance-driven mindset that continue to shape his professional approach today.
Following his retirement from racing, George transitioned into the construction and real estate industry, where he founded and operated a successful company specializing in luxury homes throughout Southeast Florida. Through meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence, he developed a distinguished client base before ultimately selling the company to pursue a new venture in the insurance industry.
As co-owner of Global Health Benefits, LLC, George works alongside his team to help individuals, families, and business owners navigate the complexities of health insurance and related coverage options. The firm has served thousands of clients by providing personalized guidance, education, and long-term advocacy. The company’s philosophy centers on building lasting relationships and delivering hands-on service rather than transactional sales.
